Bicep curls 4×10
3 sec lowering phase
As heavy as possible

50 Pull Ups

Every time you drop off the bar 100m run adding an additional 100m’s each time

1st drop 100m
2nd drop 200m
3rd drop 300m
And so on…

If you can’t string pull ups together run after every 10 reps
