• Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)

• Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)

• Box Jump, 20″ box (Reps)

• Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)

• Row (Calories)

1 minute each movement for max reps; rest 1 minute between rounds

5 rounds not for Time

5 strict chest to bar pull up

15 second super man hold

5 strict chest to bar pull up

30 second hip extension hold 45/25
