Conditioning: Every 3 minutes for 18 minutes
Minute 1: Rope climb technique – no more than 4 ascents; strict climbs if possible.
Scale is working L-pull ups
Minute 2: Freestanding handstand hold work
Use a partner to assist with balance and accumulate time upside down
Minute 3: 15 reps tuck rock to tuck sit
Wod: 3 rounds

2 minutes strict handstand push ups

1 minute strict pull ups

Rest 3 minutes
