Conditioning:

18 min EOMOM

Min 1: 45 seconds max rep muscle ups or 5 rolls to candlestick

Min 2: 10m handstand walk or 45 second handstand hold

Min 3: 30 second accumulated L-sit hold

Wod:

Every 5 minutes for 25 minutes:

3 min AMRAP

5 burpee toes to bar

200m run

max reps: unbroken bar muscle up or unbroken chest to bar pull ups or unbroken pull ups

rest for 2 minutes
