2 reps every 30 seconds

Immediately followed by

Every 90 seconds for 12 minutes

2 rounds

Bands are fine but you need to make it a struggle to get 5-7 reps

5-7 wide grip pull ups

Rest remainder of 90 seconds

5-7 strict pull ups

Rest remainder of 90 seconds

5-7 chin ups

Rest remainder of 90 seconds

5-7 mountain climber pull ups

Rest remainder of 90 seconds

Wod: 30 minute cap

4 rounds

50 double unders/150 singles

400m run

Rest 3 minutes
