Wod:
15 EMOM
Min 1: 5 power cleans at 70% of your heavy for the day
Min 2: 100m run
Min 3: 45 seconds of ring dips

Rest 2 Mins

Cool Down:
6 Min EMOM
Min 1: 3-5 lean away pull ups
Min 2: 25m bottom up KB carry out switch arm then back
