Our Christmas party is December 2, don’t forget to rsvp! There will not be any classes held on Thursday or Friday so we can prepare for the festivities!

Strength: every 2 minutes for 20 minutes, 5 sets of each
Min 1: Power cleans 5×1 @60%
Rest 10 seconds between singles
Min 2: 3 weighted pull ups
Wod: 3 rounds
10 power cleans 155/105
10 burpee box jump overs 24/20
