Min 2-3, 9-10, 15-16
30 seconds alternating pistol/attempts
Min 5-6, 11-12, 17-18
30 second L sit hold/hand; accumulate time
Wod:
5 rounds
2 min AMRAP
3 hang cleans 135/95
6 shoulder to overhead 135/95
9 front squats 135/95
Then max burpees with remaining time
Rest 2 minutes
